Both of these brokers have over 20 years experience in the Property Casualty Insurance Business working at other larger brokerages in the Niagara Region. They saw a need for an insurance brokerage that provided personal service in two capacities. First, being that of "old fashioned" face to face that a majority of consumers from smaller communities demand. Secondly, with the evolution of the internet and web based commerce, they felt that by providing communication and quoting capability on line they would be able to serve consumers that demand this type of relationship.
